Meet Kara Legako
Legako is an established figure in the interior design industry, bringing two decades of experience to the table. Her dedication to the art of creating spaces speaks volumes about her commitment to enhancing quality of life for her clients.
Educational foundation
Legako completed her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Gibbs College of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma in 2004. This strong educational grounding provided her with essential skills and knowledge necessary for navigating the intricacies of both residential and commercial projects.
Professional journey
Starting her career in Florida and later moving to Texas, Legako honed her abilities by working on a variety of design projects. Notable works include designing hotels, restaurants, assisted living facilities, and healthcare settings, showcasing her versatility and understanding of diverse environments. In 2016, she launched Kara Legako Design alongside her sister, Kate, allowing her to focus on creating personalized designs that resonate with clients’ aspirations.
